Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are our lifeblood.

Each week, our volunteers faithfully invest their time and energy in ministering to the women who seek our help. In fact, most of us on staff first got involved in pregnancy care ministry as a volunteer. There are lots of ways you can invest your time and energy into reaching abortion-vulnerable women in our community.

We currently need volunteer Client Advocates and Receptionists.

If you are interested in becoming a Client Advocate or Receptionist you can now receive training from the comfort of your own home, at your own pace. Once you have completed the on-line training, we will set up an on-site training and orientation. It’s as simple as picking up the phone and calling us so you can begin changing lives one life at a time.

Questions About Volunteering

If I take the training, am I automatically on staff?
No. The training does not commit either you or the Clinic. If after taking the training you decide that you want to volunteer, you will be interviewed by a Director to determine if there is a position for you here.

Should I take the training even if I don't volunteer?
Yes. There is extensive information such as effective communication skills, sharing the Gospel, and helping others in crisis. This will be useful to you in your local church work or interpersonal relationships.

What about bilingual volunteers?
We would love to have more bilingual volunteers! Hablo espanol?

Any particular need for volunteers right now?

We always love to bring new people into the ministry that have a passion for God and for serving others. Our goals for 2011 are to reach more abortion-vulnerable women than ever before, to share the adoption option more than ever, and to expand our outreach to dads. It will take a strong community of volunteers to move forward in meeting these goals.

If you're interested in volunteering, please contact us at spcbeloit@gmail.com or at 608.365.5433.
